HOW DO I BOOK?
By clicking on the EVENTS tab and choosing your session.
HOW DO I PAY?
Session fees must be paid upon booking a time slot. You can pay for the session fee directly online by credit card.
WHAT DO THE SESSIONS INCLUDE?
Our package includes a private 5 or 15 minute session with some interaction between seasonal characters. Unedited digital pictures included
WHERE IS THE CABIN LOCATED?
In Gatineau (Aylmer sector)
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
WHAT IF MY GROUP IS LARGER THAN 4-5?
That's OK! It might just mean that we won't have time to do more than 1-2 activities if we want to get those family pics done.
Sessions fees are non-refundable but, they are transferable to another family should you be unable to keep your appointment. It is up to the client to find a replacement, not the cabin.
DO YOU HAVE A BATHROOM ON SITE?
CAN SIBLINGS TAKE PART IN THE SAME SESSION?
Unfortunately, we do not.
Yes! Siblings can be photographed together in the same session. Group sizes of up to 4-5 are ideal.
HOW LONG IS A SESSION?
Dependent on the session chosen, you will have either 5 or 15 minutes, which includes the in & out transition.
WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE FOR OUR SESSION?
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your session. Please wait outside or in your car until Santa is ready for you. Session start promptly and late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled time.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS WITH MY OWN CAMERA?
You will be provided with digital prints when you leave. The use of personal devices is prohibited.
